1) We COLLECT orders ONCE a month. Every new batch will open on 1st until 28th of every month unless stated.
2) Payment should be made during that period. Order that exceeding the dateline will be proceed to the next batch.
3) After order been placed, we will inform total amount you should pay including postage fee.
4) Item will reach you in 3 - 4 weeks after every batch closed. BUT, if there are delay in delivery, we will notify you.
5) We are not responsible if the item(s) damaged during shipment/delivery to you.
6) All the images and color may differ from the actual items.
7) WE WILL REFUND IF:
~ Item ordered is out of stock
~ wrong product due to our/supplier mistake
8) Order cancellation is not allowed after payment is made.
9) We accept request. Please do not hesitate to ask. We will try our best to answer your request.
